Come and join our friendly evening Yoga class at St Luke’s Church Hall.
Established over 20 years.This is a General Class catering for all levels.
We meet on a Tuesday evening from 8 – 9.30 pm. The cost is £7.00 per class if paying monthly, or £8 Drop In.
The yoga incorporates stretching and breathing techniques, a little meditation, chanting and relaxation.

Yoga in Whyteleafe
Yoga offers a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit, and can be practised by anyone, regardless of age or ability.
You may wish to increase your strength and flexibility, improve your posture, vitality and stamina, or free your body from tension. Yoga can help you to relax, calm your mind and enhance feelings of wellbeing, helping you to cope with the challenges of daily life.
I am an experienced teacher and hold the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma.
I teach two drop in classes at St. Luke’s Church every Thursday morning
9:30 – 11:00am – mixed ability class
11:15 – 12:15pm – gentle class
